DAY - Get Up + Glow

Energising Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
1 tbsp nut butter
500 ml plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk)
5 dates, pitted
½ tsp turmeric (or ½ inch fresh, peeled)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Handful of ice cubes
1 DAY Mama Shrooms capsule (contents emptied)

Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth.Enjoy whenever you need a natural lift in focus and energy.

SHOP DAY CAPSULES

Sleepy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1 tsp coconut oil
350 ml milk of choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 NIGHT Mama Shrooms capsule (contents emptied)

Method
In a small saucepan, whisk all ingredients together (except the capsule) until the milk gently comes to a simmer.

Remove from heat and add the contents of 1 NIGHT capsule.

Whisk again until fully combined, then pour into a mug.

Enjoy 1 hour before bedtime as part of your evening wind-down ritual.

Functional Mushroom Chocolate (Easter edition)

You’ll need:

100% dark chocolate (or cacao-based chocolate)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1–2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

2–4 capsules of your chosen blend

Pinch of sea salt

Optional extras:

Chopped dates

Peanut butter

Nuts or seeds

Sprinkles

Method:

Gently melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie

Stir in maple syrup and allow to cool slightly

Open your capsules and whisk in the powder until smooth

Add toppings into silicone moulds first

Pour over the chocolate mixture

Finish with sea salt or sprinkles

Freeze for ~1 hour until set

For a calmer, more grounding chocolate, perfect for evenings.

Day Blend (Lion’s Mane + Cordyceps)
A more uplifting version for energy, focus and clarity.
