DAY - Get Up + Glow

ENERGISING SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 tbs nut butter
500ml plant based milk (I use almond)
5 dates pitted
½ tsp turmeric (or ½ inch fresh, peeled)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Handful of ice cubes
1 DAY Mama Shrooms capsule (contents emptied)

METHOD

Blend ALL the ingredients and enjoy whenever you need an energy boost.

NIGHT - Rest + Recharge

SLEEPY HOT CHOCOLATE

1tsp coconut oil
350 ml milk of choice
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp maple syrup/honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 NIGHT Mama Shrooms capsule (contents emptied)

METHOD
In a small saucepan whisk all the ingredients well (apart from capsule) until the milk starts to come to the boil. 

Turn off the heat and empty the contents of 1 NIGHT capsule into the hot chocolate. 
Whisk again, pour into a mug and enjoy one hour before bedtime.
